Good to see some old faces returning. It was getting a bit lonely here :). Are you on a program yet, or are you just feeling out how lifting feels with the injured finger?
ReplyDeleteJust working back into it. Finger has been getting better every day. I still don't know about deadlifts... I think that's going to come later in the week.
