self introduction (9.13 upper)
Hi everyone, my name is Sheng Wang. I am a Master of Finance student at MIT, I just came this summer. I had my undergraduate and master degree (both in Computer Science) in mainland China before I came here. I have already met some of you guys in the gym, and I am very glad to join you guys.
Before I came here I have been working out for 6 years since I entered university, first 5 years I was basically doing more of a bodybuilding way of training. Only during the last year I started to do powerlifting, but still sometimes I like to combine some of the bodybuilding training.
My program is one year Master program, but I hope I can be stronger in this one year despite the intensive coursework and job hunting. Although frank had introduced this blog to me two months ago, I didn't really posted here before. From today on, I will try to keep a log on my training here, to keep track on the progress.
