Frank (10/21): Bench, Intensity 1

Easier than expected. Also, thank the heavens for elbow sleeves. I felt the familiar pain set in, but the sleeves provided enough support so I was still able to press with full force.

Barbell Row: 4x8 @ 225
Dumbbell Incline Bench: 4x8 @ 80
