JC (1/26-1/27)-Squat/Deadlift and Bench/Military press

I've obviously regressed on these (deadlift felt especially hard).

Ab roller- 3x5

Paused bench-

Really difficult.

Military press-
185xF
175x3

Fat bar rows-
fat bar+160lbs- 4x8
Will increase by 5 lbs next time.

Incline dumbbell press-
85- 2x8
85x7
Not used to these.

I've been getting substantially fatigued over the past couple days. Hopefully todays day off will alleviate this.
