Frank (9/30): Bench, Volume 1

Bench Press

I did most of them paused, so they were a little harder than I expected.

Military Press

Barbell Row: 4x8 @ 225
Dumbbell Incline Bench: 4x8 @ 70
Dumbbell Preacher Curl: 2x5 @ 40

My elbow sleeves arrived yesterday, and I gave them a trial run today. I think they're helping, but it's hard for me to tell. They do scrape the hell out of my lower biceps, though, and I can't shake the feeling that I'm getting 5-10lbs out of them, which is a not-insignificant percentage of my max.

I should also mention that I'm really sore from Tuesday. I'm guessing it's because I'm not doing well on recovery, since 5x5 @ 350 shouldn't blast me that much.
