Did this in East Campus gym since I was in a rush.

Squat (unbelted):
Warmup: 45x5; 95x5; 135x4; 185x3
225x5; 225x5; 225x5; 225x5; 225x5

Bench Press:
Warmup: 45x5; 70x5; 95x5; 120x5
140x5; 140x5; 140x5; 140x5; 140x5

Power Clean:
Warmup: 55x5; 75x5; 95x3; 115x3
135x3; 135x3; 135x3; 135x3; 135x3
EC gym only had 45lb bumper plates.

Hanging Windshield Wipers (legs tucked):
6; 6

Hanging Windshield Wipers (legs untucked):
4; 0
Whaaaaaaat.

Easy. In and out in under 1:40, including PVC rolling and stretching.
