09/14 Shanker Upper 2

So, the goal is 100+ in 5 sets, once I do that, I'll up it to 110+ in 5 sets, etc, etc...

The reason for this is basically self preservation, no need to aggravate my elbows, and my BP is slowly but surely making progress, so what's the point in taking the risk?
