  1. I was wondering why you were squatting daily, then i remembered your average broz thing. The thing is, average broz has only that one dude that squats 800lbs. I don't think anyone else is strong from their camp.

Plenty of people have gotten strong from not squatting heavy daily. Look up Shane Hammon, he has an 900lb squat I think. 0r Beau Moore.

We don't know if these guys take "supplements" or not, but if you look up Eric Lillibridge, who is a lifetime drug free raw lifter, he has an 800lb squat and squats once/week and benches once/week. In effect he only trains 2x/week.

I flat out don't agree with squatting daily, but if you get stronger off of it then you'll see me doing it too.

  2. I'm sure the 800lb squatter (Pat Mendes) is the strongest of the lifters, but from what I can tell the other lifters are pretty strong too. Its far too early for me to tell whether this program will work, or whether or not "supplements" are key. Rest assured bro, once I start seeing some results (whether good or bad), you'll be finding out too.

  3. Aaron, do you really believe that Lillibridge is drug-free? What is the explanation for the captions of this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sLlVw5IrR5Y, "Everything felt nice and easy. 3rd week on PCT, 4 weeks until i start my next cycle"? But regardless, he is a great powerlifter.

    I agree, he's a strong guy.
