Will stop labeling my workouts as "Intensity", becoming pretty redundant- until I do something else, consider them as such.
Came to gym at 8ish, a couple of hours later than my usual 4ish.

Squat session was better than I thought it would be. 370 was pretty smooth.
Dumbbell hammer curls-
