Progress is progress. Felt a weird twinge in my lats (I think) for some reason after third set. Which affected...
Deadlift:

Something went wrong here. Said twinge acted up after rep 2 so I stopped and got the other 3 reps after a few minutes. As I type this entry up, it's all but disappeared so it's probably very minor. Still worrisome though, if I don't hit 335 next time I think I might reset to 300 or about there.

Do you use the foam roller and stretch? That makes a world of difference with respect to avoiding injuries. sometimes the twinges are nothing, but sometimes they're little proto-injuries that you should watch out for.
