Shanker 10/17 Conditioning Day

Warmup
Jog 1 mile
Horizontal Jumping Jacks for 60 sec
Dip BWx10
Power Clean 45x10; 65x10; 95x10

Working Sets
Power Clean 135x8x3; 155x8x2; 185x1x4
Clean & Jerk 135x1x6; 155x1x4; 185xFx2 (cleaned it, but couldn't...well, yknow...)
Didn't use bumper plates, so decided to see how many dents I could make in the floor. Before external readers decide to have a hissy fit at the slightest provocation, this was not at the Z, this was at my home gym, and we don't have bumper plates.
