Frank (2/9): RTS Intensity, Squats

Last week was intensity too. I got too drawn into the rhythm of typing "RTS Volume."

Back Squat
2x395 @ 10
Form was OK.
2x395 @ 10
First rep was OK. Second rep was good-morninged a tad.
2x395 @ 10
First rep was OK. Second rep was good-morninged a lot.
1x395 @ 10
First rep was miserable. Missed the second rep. Took a full rest and...
1x395 @ 11
I had a good little pause about half-way up, but I ground it out.

Power Clean
3x95kg
3x95kg (kind of missed the first one, but whatever)
3x95kg
3x95kg (1 rep full cleaned)
3x95kg (2 reps full cleaned)
3x95kg (3 reps full cleaned)
I think I was tired from the squats. I usually don't have to full clean this weight.


Ab Rollout: 6, 7, 7

I am so glad this session is over. Next week, I'm just going to test my openers instead of going 4x2 again. I'll still be opening my squat at 385, I think. 395 was a little too hard to do reliably.
