Tested openers for the meet. Weight was 181.
Squat: 1x3x405 @ 10
Too deep on 1st rep, 2 and 3 were at parallel. Slow, and almost paused on last rep.
Bench: 1x2x265 @ 10
Didn't attempt 3rd rep because form broke down on 2nd rep (wobbly and uneven lockout). I guess my bench opener should be 260 or 255.
Deadlift: 1x3x405 @ 10
Slightly rounded, very slow off the ground, then speed was ok.
Since I could triple the squat and deadlift, I think I'll do my openers at those weights (405). Bench will be slightly less than 265.
