JC(08/04)- Return from Abyss

Been getting my lifting act together.

08/03- Squat and Bench
Squat- Built up to 245.
245x10
Last week I did 225- 3x10. It had been several months (about 5 or 6?) since I had squatted. Will try 265 next week. Good progress I feel.

Bench- Built up to 225.
225x11. Used leg drive, very controlled (like Rene has been emphasizing). As always, bench progresses pretty easily.

Biceps

08/04- Military press and crap
Pull-ups-19.5 reps
PR. Didn't kip, but it wasn't super controlled either. I did make sure to lock out my arms though.

Military press- 135x2x10
Lat Pulldowns- Built up to 160.
Pretty light weight, but I emphasized holding down weight for as long as possible.

Forearm work

Tricep work

Deadlifts tomorrow.
