The last single was taped, which helped me see what I was doing wrong. On the way up, everything looks fairly solid until I stall a few inches out of the hole. I then shift my entire body backwards and blast it easily to lockout. It's when I can't shift back that I get stuck. I need to learn how to stay back to avoid this problem.

Lauren called this the "lamest ab workout ever." Har.
It was raining pretty hard when I got back, so I'm soaked through right now. What a pain.
EDIT: I neglected to mention two things: (1) I tried Lauren's Chucks since he suggested that my pitching forward might be a result of my Oly shoes, something that he also mentioned before. This was on the first 3x315 after the heavy singles. It didn't feel that much easier, but shoes aren't that expensive, so it's worth a short. (2) We talked about grip width in bench since I (and others) have noticed that many good long-armed deadlifters bench close-grip (e.g. Konstantinovs and Magnussen). He said that close-grip actually allows you to recruit more muscles at the cost of having to move the bar farther. I'm not so sure about the former claim, but it's at least worth a shot.
