I have resolved to find a new gym. Quads is too far.

Keeping lower back arched + knees out + wider stance => better stretch reflex. Happy. Next time, 290.

I was really freaked out because 340 felt really heavy, so I almost didn't go up. I've observed that when you get stronger, your previous maximums still feel really heavy, you are just capable of doing sets afterward with more weight.
