I injured my left shoulder (same shoulder I've been having problems with since I started lifting) last week playing basketball, and it became evident today that I have not completely recovered.
close grip -

This was difficult to complete. Even my leg drive was shot to hell.
incline-
235x2
Ended workout here. There was a twinge in my left tricep that kept me from doing anything else.
Sucky day. FYI, this week I find out if I'm going back to MIT for the Spring. Wish me luck guys.
