Standing Incline Bench (cuz that's what it was)

Fat Bar Pullups: 3x8 @ 45
Pullups: 8 @ 45
Dips: 8, 8, 8, 7 @ 90
I'm a little surprised that I had to ditch the last rep, but I blame the heavy work sets for that.
Dumbbell Preacher Curl: 2x6 @ 45
