JC (1/18)- Intensity bench

This is my last workout in Miami! I'll be at MIT this Thursday- do any of you guys lift that day (I know Frank does)- if you do, what time? Anyways, on to the workout.

Bench press-
315- 2x2
I swear I had 3 reps in me in the first set, but my spotter thought I was asking for help, when in reality I was telling him not to touch the bar. It happens. I'm confident I'll be able to triple 325 next week.

Close grip bench-

Incline bench-

To get the hang of it.

Weight is at 199. Started diet again today.
