JC (12/28)- Volume bench

Feeling a bit under the weather, but had a good workout nonetheless.

Bench press:
275- 2x5

Close grip bench:
240- 2x5
Easy.

Incline bench:
225- 2x5
First time doing 2 plates on incline. Not easy, but not ultra difficult either. Probably RPE of 8/9.

Preacher curls-
Wide grip for all of these:
80x12
90x10
100x8
Narrower grip:
75x 15

Preacher curls were supersetted with sets of wrist rollers of 10lbs. Bench cycle had a rocky start, but I'm getting optimistic about the results that'll come in approximately 7 weeks.
