Frank (9/5): Lockout, Intensity 1

Reverse Band Bench (30-80)
5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275, 1x315
2x345 @ F
2x335 @ F
I was going for a triple. I miscalculated the weight on the first set, but I was really close to getting it anyway (failed ~3" from lockout...again). 335 was probably the weight I should have used, but I failed that too. Oh well.

After this, my shoulders and elbows felt a little funky.


Close-Grip Bench
5x45, 5x95, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225
3x255 @ 9
Pretty easy. I also don't usually do a full warmup, but I thought my shoulders and elbows needed it. I need to get elbow sleeves.

Pullups: 4x8 @ 45
Dips: 4x8 @ 65
Band Pull-Aparts: 2x15 @ 2 x Minis
