9/23: TM - Recovery
Squat (unbelted):

Military Press:

9/25: TM - Intensity
Speed sets.
Squat:
45x5; 95x5; 135x4; 185x3; 225x2; 275x1; 315x1; 345x1; 375x1

1 minute rest between sets. All belted. My right elbow was beginning to complain.
Bench Press:
45x5; 70x5; 90x4; 120x3; 140x2; 165x1; 185x1
135x3x8
1 minute rest between sets. I was rocking back and forth in the minute break from elbow pain, but it didn't actually affect my ability to bench; 185 felt fairly easy.
Deadlift:
135x5; 185x4; 225x3; 275x2; 315x1; 345x1; 375x1; 405x1
255x2x10
Again, one minute of rest between sets. Elbow was feeling a fair bit better after 315 or so.
I haven't been sleeping much either...
