Jason: 10/2

  • Warmup: Elliptical 8 min, Sumo DL: 115x5x2
  • Sumo DL: 225x3, 315x1, 375x1 (PR +10) -- form sucked on PR, dropped down
  • Sumo DL: 315x3x3
  • Bench 115x5x3, 135x3x3, 135x5x4 -- Injured shoulder felt pretty good on most of these, only hurt on a few reps
