Very tired after squats, almost fell asleep for some reason, so went home.
10/5/09 Volume cont.
Bench: 5x5@205 (slow)
Deadlift, sumo: 3,3,5@355 (slow)
My bench is stalling, still having trouble keeping arch. Deadlifts felt better today though, maybe because it's on a separate day from 5x5 squats.

We ought to start timing our workouts so we can do volume days together. The weights we do are practically identical, and I could use some extra motivation on the 5x5 days.
