I felt ok today, and I felt like I had to go to the gym and get my muscles working again. I'm just doing whatever until I am fully recovered and get (another sigh) plan in place.
Front Squat: 2x10@225
Oly Squat: 7@225
My head started hurting half way through the first set of Olympic squats. Usually, I would just push through it and get a splitting headache as a reward, but since I'm already sick, I decided to just call it quits.
Bench Press: 2x10@185
Pullup: 2x10
I am as weak as a kitten. The bench presses were actually really hard. The pullups were easy, but I'm almost afraid to weigh myself now because I haven't been eating too well the past few days.

I'm impressed that you pushed yourself to train even though you're obviously not 100% yet. Eat, sleep, drink lots of water, take care of yourself buddy.
