Comments:
Press is kinda sucking. Maybe the plateau won't last too long is what I'm hoping. Particularly on 4/8 the squatting left me dead so I stopped the workout early.
Deadlifting is good, 440x2 was pretty easy. Either I'm adapting to pulling 400+ regularly or the squatting carried over a lot, or most likely, both. No rounding as far as I can tell, which was a small problem a month or so ago with 430+. Since then I've changed my position a little so that my shoulders as farther in front of the bar so that I can use my lats more.
Squatting is finally getting difficult. Where the difficulty is has shifted: previously it would be a largely mental effort to get myself under the bar and make the reps. However, this time the effort was purely physical. I had no problem giving the command to the muscle, but the muscle had trouble moving the weight.
Chins are pretty much on the backburner right now.
