JC (4/12) - Bench Press, lots of it.

Bench press- 
60 kg x 10 
100 kg x 8 
120 kg x 6 
130 kg x 4 
140 kg ( 308 lbs) x 4, 4, 4 ,4 
These we're all pretty good, except for the last rep of the last set where I got stuck an inch away from lockout. Didn't have much leg drive today, as my legs are still destroyed from Monday's squat session, so the fact that I was still able to do today's work sets has some pretty good implications. Andrey says my opener for my next meet as of now is at least 150 kg (330 lbs). This is very exciting for me, because during my January meet I didn't even get 145 kg. Yippeee. 

Decline bench press- 
225 lbs - 8, 8, 8, 6 

Dumbbell flyes- 
35 lbs - 10, 10, 10, 10  
I suck at these. My shoulders need to get stronger so I can start adding more weight to these.

Close grip bench- 
60 kg - 8
80 kg - 8, 7, 5
Triceps were pretty fried by this point. Complete muscle failure. 

Dips -  
1 plate x 10 
2 plates - 10, 10, 10 

Abs  

My workouts are becoming more and more intense and time consuming, which kinda sucks, but then again, I'm getting results, so I shouldn't complain too much.

Ok, time for recovery aka sleep.
