2/28:

Squat:
240, 3x5 (deeper than usual)

Press:
130, 5, 5, 4

Front Lever (seconds): 
Flat Tuck: 10, 13,
One Leg: 5, 5 (each leg)

3/1:

Chins: 
 265 (+87.5) x 6, 5, 5

Press:
 130, 3x5
135 x 1

3/3:

Deadlift: 
355 x 5
390 x 4
420 x 2

Press:
135, 3x5

Comments:

Squat is still solid; decided to jump 10 lb this week because the warmups felt good.

Press stalled for 3 workouts and then made a huge jump. 135 was not that difficult to 3x5. 

Front levers are improving. Should be able to get the full lay shortly; the strength is there. For anyone training it, something that's important but easy to overlook is scapula retraction. Think of setting the upper back for benching. It helps to shorten the moment arm as well as keeping the shoulder in the socket (something I'm wary of given two minor shoulder dislocations).
