Training yesterday

Back Squat: 175-275lb (10 lb jumps) x 4 reps.  These felt good.  I'm working on cutting off my depth at legal  competion depth and not doing my usual form which is a couple of inches deeper.  These felt pretty good.

Neutral grip Chin-up: 0-50lb (5 lb jumps) x 4 reps.  These also felt good.

I'll probably be in the gym this evening doing Olympic lifts.
