My rear wheel stopped engaging after taking my bike to the shop today to get my front flat fixed. I spent about an hour trying to get the damned thing to work again, but I couldn't quite figure out why it was broken even after consulting the Internet (the bike shop had closed by then). I don't have the right tools for the job anyway.
I decided to just skip today's training session and take my bike back to the shop tomorrow. It's an upper-body deload session today, so if I feel particularly motivated, I will do some calisthenics in my apartment. Real training starts Sunday with squats.
