I set up the bands to take away roughly 45 at the bottom and deload completely about half way up. I played with my bar path a little with JC's help, but I ended up having some pretty wobbly reps with very inconsistent technique. I will bring my phone next time to record them so I can critique myself afterward.

Pullup: 4x8 @ 45
Tricep Pushdown: 4x10 @ 60
