Aside from the standard squat/bench/deadlift with Andrey, I experimented with a 3 week specialization for weighted chin ups: Smolov jr.

Anyway, my maximum in late December was 235-240 lb (180 lb body weight + 55-60 lb added). I tested my max again yesterday at a body weight of 179 and I managed to get +70 lb. Pretty sure I'm still close to the beginner stage for this, but I never gained 10 lb of strength in a month on simple linear progression.
Also, I think I have a tear in my right pectoral. f**k.
