Squat: 290lb x5 @8
Much easier than expected. Each rep was fairly fast.
Pistol squats: 16lb x8 x3
Leg curls: 80lb x10, 95lb x8 x2
Swiss ball crunches: 10lb x10 x3
Ab exercises all feel incredibly silly, but I guess trunk flexion is a weakness I could bring up.
BW at 171lb. 290/171 = 1.70.
I want to make sure strength/bw ratio goes up every time until I reach 315/175 = 1.80 sometime in the next 2 months.
