Front Squat

None were particularly hard, but the last set was good morninged. The rest were as strict as I could make them, though I think I pitched forward on a few. I did some front squats at the end on the suggestion of some of the TPS crew. My elbows were acting up a bit, but I will work up to a somewhat respectable weight on those to make sure I can stay upright and keep my back tight.

I was almost going to pass on these because the 545 felt heavy, but I guess I'm stronger than I think I am. The second was a bit slow.
