8/15: Upper body volume
Decided to start on the upper body volume day as I just had the intensity workout for press and squat on Friday.
Bench:
135lb x16, 15, 15
Never tried to bench for this many reps before. It's definitely an entirely different feeling than sets of 5.
Face pulls:
80lb x12 x3
Seems to work part of the shoulders and back that I've never worked before.
Neutral grip pull ups:
bw x10 x3
DB lateral raises:
15lb x12 x4
Shrugs:
275lb x10 x3
Barbell curls:
60lb x10 x3
Grippers (T): L, R
3, 4
4, 6
4, 7
Took me 2 hours to finish this, but I could have cut out a lot of rest time. 80 min should be possible.
8/16: Conditioning
Endurance sled dragging: moving all my stuff across campus to my dorm for fall semester.
Upper back still sore from the facepull/shrugs.
