Frank (7/17): "Meet" Day

I was originally going to come in yesterday but woke up too late to get to the Z.

585 was really hard. I called it quits after that since anything higher wasn't going to happen.

Definitely not a good showing. I'll post some of my thoughts a bit later. My next few weeks will probably be Texas Method since I don't have the time to do a full Sheiko program given the short summer hours, but I do intend to return to Sheiko at some point in the future with (hopefully) a little more wisdom...

    good job on your "meet" day. going heavy is tough and I came here to say "congrats" and "you are damn strong". that is all.

    I woke up at around 12, so if I wanted to make sure I could finish before 4, I'd have had to get there by around 1, which was a little too soon (I was ready around 2 or so).
