ReplyDeleteRe: the strong dudes at the gym, one of the best things about lifting at a gym like that is getting help from much stronger and more experienced people, even if you can only train with them once a week or month. Maybe ask the front desk or manager when the powerlifters/strongmen/weightlifters train?

Benching? I think my press is going to get its ass kicked by yours for a looong time... you can press like 135x5.
