Well I guess that proves I am going up to 185x5x3 next time! (Side note: this has been a milestone for me for a while).

Still working back up. Back/hamstrings staying tight at the bottom I think.

Chins/Dips (interleaved)
Dips 12 12 8 (dot dot dot for Daniel)
Chins 6 6 4 (ditto, pretty tired from volume work + press)

  2. Congrats on the PR.

    Re: the strong dudes at the gym, one of the best things about lifting at a gym like that is getting help from much stronger and more experienced people, even if you can only train with them once a week or month. Maybe ask the front desk or manager when the powerlifters/strongmen/weightlifters train?

  4. Benching? I think my press is going to get its ass kicked by yours for a looong time... you can press like 135x5.

    And yes, I will definitely try to ask around about when the powerlifters train.
