I tried to triple for the first set, but felt really hard after the second rep. The first rep I paused.

squat: warm ups,

I felt much harder than I expected.
I weighed myself yesterday after workout I was 184.5 lbs, I felt cutting is really affecting my strength. So I will be a little more conservative than I originally hoped, here are my three attempts:
squat: 195, 205, 212.5/215
bench: 145, 152.5, 157.5/160
deadlift: 225, 252.5, 262.5
