What's your current vertical? You need to know your starting point so you can know if you're making any progress.
ReplyDeleteDon't know the exact number, but I can touch the rim of the basketball hoops in the z-center sometimes/barely without running start and around the midpoint of the fingers with running start. Actual numbers would be better, but the hoop rim is a decent standard.
ReplyDeleteJust measured how high can I reach and it's about 93in. Assuming that the hoop is 10ft high, my standing vertical is 27in and my running vertical is 29in.
