Well, it's been about 2 months since I dislocated my finger. I'm about able to close my hand and I have very poor grip strength, but I'm sick of sitting out. The hand doctor says no surgery, so time to get back to normal.
I'm going to do a few days of light lifting to get back into it, then start sheiko again.
Weight is 165.
