Frank (4/19): Squat, Volume(ish) 3

I was out Monday because I was miserably sick. I've actually been sick since roughly Friday night (after the deadlift session), but it really only hit me late Saturday. I'm still far from 100%, but I felt well enough to come in.

Back Squat
5x45, 5x135, 5x185, 5x225, 3x275, 3x315, 1x365

I was originally only going to do one set because my head felt like it was going to explode from the congestion, but then I thought, "Don't be a pussy," and did one more. Yay me.

Deficit Deadlift (Red + Black)
5x135, 5x225, 5x315, 3x365, 3x405, 1x455
2x495 @ 10-
2x495 @ 10-
Tougher than expected. Same as squats, really.

Back Squat: 4x8 @ 225
Ab Rollout: 3x6
Good Morning: 2x15
