I was supposed to test singles yesterday but I got overexcited on 3x5s and didn't.
And today I was in to coach a friend. So, I tried singles on bench and deadlift. I know this is suboptimal.
Bench

might have 190 with a bit more rest between sets. First attempt on Saturday (for teh bet) will be 185.
Squat
225x5 mostly just demoing form
Probably should have tested max. First attempt on Saturday: uhh... 325
Deadlift

400xF halfway up: fatigue
I've convinced myself that if I can close out a weight twice, then I have it. Hence all of the tries.
First attempt Saturday: 385.
Lastly, a thought for myself:
Less talk, more heavy lifting. Also, need to eat more.
