Q- 1/23/11 Bench, form fixing

Bench:
45 x5
85 x5
95 x5
115 x5
135 x3
147.5 x5 x3
Not too difficult; increasing to 150 next time.

Deadlift and Squat: Frank helped me correct my form and showed me his warmup and stretches. So I'll have to cut back in weight and focus on form for the next few weeks. I need to get more hip mobility. Thanks, Frank!

  1. No problem. Honestly, I'm a little torn about whether you should stick with light weights. I think that given where you are, it's not a bad idea to keep pushing it slowly while keeping a very close eye on your technique. And work on hip mobility religiously.
