Frank (1/23): Lower

Back Squat

Not too hard.

Deadlift

I was going for three but lost the third in front of me. Oh well. I guess I still have a while to go before I'm back to where I was.

Not too hard. On the bright side, I was not as "confused" after doing this. I'll be doing triples or doubles @ 10 for the next few weeks until the meet (all lifts).

Back Squat: 4x8 @ 285
Ab Pulldown: 3x15 @ 190
