JC (1/21)- Squat/Deadlift

First time lifting at the Z in 8 months. Feels good.

Heeded Frank's advice, starting at a lighter weight for squat and deadlift.

Squat-
Built up to 225- 3x5
Man I'm hella weak...

Military press-
