I had absolutely no power in my hips, which was a bad portent for my squats. Many of these were good-morninged with my hips shooting up a little to allow me to complete the lift. I'm also starting to realize that I'm actually stronger after a day of stress and work rather than after a day of complete rest. Weird.
Deadlift
5x135, 5x225, 5x315, 3x365, 3x405, 1x455
5x495 @ 9

It is possible that the last rep of the third set was not locked out, but I'm giving it to myself anyway. Har.
Back Squat: 4x8 @ 285
I was completely exhausted.
Ab Pulldown: 3x15 @ 190
As for linear progression? Temptation not resisted. I'm going to push it for one more week but will only be deadlifting heavy once per week.
