Today I tested my max for bench and squat, then worked a bit on the form of my deadlift. Thank you Nate for helping me with deadlift form. Once I add up to more than 210kg, my back started to round, and up and middle my back start to get round first, so I guess I will work on my form more next semester. Thanks Brian for encourage me to participate in a meet. Since I will be back home tomorrow for about a Month, I think February's meet I might not be in good condition. But I think if you guys want to participate in a meet next April or May I am more likely to join, since I have a few months to train. And thanks for the encouragement from Rene, he did a good job today on his max. Here are the videos:

Awesome Sheng! It was great to finally meet you today.
ReplyDeleteI think you'll be very very competitive when you decide to do a meet, regardless of when it will be. Glad you're considering one for next spring :)
Great lifting today.
Great lifting today. Don't worry too much about rounding for now -- keep getting strong. But make sure to work on form for lighter reps.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing you at a meet. :)
Damn. Looks liked I missed out on a big get together. Awesome PRs for the both of you!
