JC (12/3)- Volume bench

Bench press-
Warm ups
Work set-
245- 2x10
These felt hard- zero leg-drive as I cannot put pressure on my left heel.

Close grip bench-
215- 2x10

Incline bench-
200x5
200x8
Need to get adjusted to these.

Biceps biceps biceps- 4x10
