I feel really good about the bench and dips today, maybe because I get enough rest during the weekend.

You really went heavy on the dips and pull ups!
ReplyDeleteI've found that I've felt much better about training after the weather cooled and I started being able to sleep better at night. Then again, it's not like I've hit any huge PRs, so I guess the jury's still out...
