Work set-
160- 5x5
All of these I would consider @8. ~2-4 reps left in the tank for each set. I'm moving up to 170 next week.
Barbell Rows-
155- 3x10
Moving up to 175/185 next week.
Tricep pulldowns-
145x20
Will move up to 155 next workout, and increase in weight once I can rep out 20 again.
Ab pulldowns-
190x25
Preacher curl-
95x10
Not a crazy workout, but I intended it that way. Tomorrow is a tough RSP day.
